PXI

The NI PXI-System with its FPGA-cards is the core of the Sensor Programming Unit. Nine slots provide sufficient extension space for future test scenarios.

 

Signal Conditioning Chassis

The Chassis holds up to ten sensor cards, allowing up to 40 sensors to be programmed in parallel. Additionally, up to 40 industrial 24V DO-channels are available for specific control systems.

SENSOR CARD(s)

Each sensor card can condition signals from up to four sensors in parallel. In addition, it can measure both current and capacity on all connected sensors.

With the SPU all providers along the value chain can unlock enormous savings potential – from ASIC-manufacturers to OEMs.
